Corrections & Updates
Information about Canada changes — rates move, programs get rewritten, investigations land. A PDF sent to ten thousand people is frozen. This book is not.
Correction policy
- Anyone — reader, partner, expert, or institution — can submit a potentially inaccurate or outdated material claim to morteanubogdan@gmail.com.
- Submissions are reviewed against the relevant available sources (see the method).
- Where a correction or material update is warranted, the digital edition is updated and the change is recorded below in the Change Log — including corrections that make the book look bad.
- Readers always access the current edition; there is no stale copy in circulation.
Change Log
Version 1.0 — August 2026
Initial release. 24 chapters.
Future entries will appear here as the book is reviewed and updated. An empty log means no corrections were required — it will never mean errors were hidden.
Why this format makes this possible
Because delivery is a maintained web reader rather than a downloadable file, every correction reaches every reader immediately. The Change Log above is the audit trail: version, date, and what changed. Over time it becomes the best single answer to the question "can this book be trusted to keep up?"
